"Math Potentials" provides quality programs. Each program requires extensive preparation. We commit on your behalf when you register. For these reasons our cancellation policy offers the following options:

If for any reason the student cannot attend the workshop, they may choose someone else to attend in their place upon written notification to Math Potentials.

If any products are received in conjunction with the offer, they must first be returned in excellent condition in order for any refund to be processed.

If written cancellation is received within 7 days from the date of registration, a full refund will be issued.

If written cancellation is received after 7 days from the date of registration and more than 30 days prior to the course/workshop start date, all monies paid to date less 15% of the total tuition will be credited towards other camps, retreats, or workshops offered by "Math Potentials".

If written cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to the course start date, there will be no refunds and no credits will be offered.

Written cancellation can be mailed or faxed. E-mail, voice-mail, and verbal communication do not constitute written cancellation notice.

Should the student fail to notify the office of "Math Potentials" in writing of any changes and not "show up" to the event, there will be no credits and no refund.

Course credits are valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation, regardless of whether the course originally registered for is offered again within this time period.
